Neuro Sage, the companion tool for The Regulated Field
Neuro Sage™ is the companion tool for The Regulated Field™. The program is the container. This tool keeps a nervous system regulation practice in your day: a short check-in, three small pauses, and a guide who knows the work.
Before a thought, there is a state. When you learn to read it and shift it, everything that follows begins to change.
Nervous system regulation, in your day
Most of us were never taught to read our own state. Neuro Sage™ is the practice tool inside The Regulated Field, so the work has a place between sessions, in small reps that fit a real life.
Every week is a rep. The more you stay in awareness, the more capacity you build.
The regulation practice it holds
The Regulated Field is the container. R.E.A.L.M. is the practice. Neuro Sage holds that practice where you can return to it. The work draws on neuroscience, somatic regulation, and nervous system research. When you understand the state your nervous system is in, you gain a real say in how you perceive the world and how you show up in your life.
The State Transformation Flow
Each step grows out of the one before it. Begin upstream, with the state itself, and the whole sequence moves with you.
Key findings
Your body and brain function as one integrated system.
Perception is shaped by your physiological state.
Emotional regulation comes before cognitive clarity.
Safety is the foundation of every lasting change.
R.E.A.L.M. ties it together
R.E.A.L.M. is the practice inside The Regulated Field. The tool walks you through the five steps in every module, every check-in, and every gate.
One teaching, one practice, one question
Each module opens when you mark the one before it complete, so you move at your own pace. The modules follow R.E.A.L.M. in order, from Recognize to Master.
In weeks one and two, the daily minimum is only the evening check-in, the Daily Loop, six lines. Light rounds, recorded meditations, the return log, and the other tools are optional until week three.
The Interior
You cannot regulate what you cannot feel.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: RecognizeThe System and Its Set-Point
Why your system returns you to the person it already believes you are.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: ExamineThe Breath
The one dial you can turn on purpose.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: AlignThe Voltage
You cannot build a muscle you are not fueling.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: AlignAnchoring the Field
Staying in your own body when the room is not.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: LeadThe Regulated Presence
Being the calm without absorbing the storm.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: LeadThe Quantum Layer
The body as one organized system, and the wonder of what it is made of.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: LeadThe Living Field
The practice that carries everything forward.
R.E.A.L.M. focus: MasterInternal Family Systems (IFS) is one modality inside The Regulated Field. Each module has a short Parts Practice note.
In your own voice
Each week's guided meditation is one you record yourself, in your own voice, on your own device, for your personal use. Nobody else records it for you. Recorded meditations are optional until week three.
Your recording stays on the device where you record it, whether that is your iPhone, your computer, or another device. It does not transfer between devices, and it never goes into the app or to anyone else.
A check-in that shows you your patterns
Once a day, you name your state: settled, mobilized, or shut down. Then a few short questions: in the body, in what you did, in your story, and, if you want, in your parts. In weeks one and two, this evening check-in, six lines, is the only daily minimum.
In the body
When did my body tighten, go numb, or speed up today? What was the first feeling, before the story started?
In what I did
What did I do on autopilot? Where did I say yes when my gut said no?
In my story
What have I told myself more than once this week? What situation keeps showing up wearing a different face?
In my parts
Optional. Three short questions, if you want to notice a part that showed up today. You can leave this step.
Day by day, the loop builds a picture. You start to see what tips your state and what brings you back.
Three small returns a day
Morning, noon, and evening, you can stop for about three minutes. Each gate is one full pass through R.E.A.L.M., from noticing where you are to returning to your day. In weeks one and two, these light rounds are optional.
- Stop.Whatever you are doing, pause. Feet on the floor.
- Light.Find the sky through a window or outside. At noon, turn your face to the sun.
- Find it.Where is your body right now? Name one sensation, raw.
- Three breaths. In for 4 to 6 counts, out for 6 to 8 counts, no hold. A hold is an optional later layer, once the exhale is easy, and not for panic, asthma, pregnancy, or a heart condition without a clinician’s clearance.
- Return.Notice what is here now, and go back to your day.
An optional soft tone marks each in and out.
Add your three gate times to your phone calendar with one tap. Working nights? The gates follow your waking hours instead of the clock.
Missed a gate? Do not make it up. The next gate is the return.
A guide who knows the work
Talk or type, any time of day. The guide draws on the eight modules and my teaching library, and it meets you where you are.
It knows the program
It draws on my teaching manual, scripts, and protocol, and on the module you are in.
It notices with you
It reads your recent Daily Loop and gate log, so it can help you see the patterns that keep coming up.
It walks you through
Ask for a full R.E.A.L.M. practice and it guides you one step at a time, checking in before moving on.
The guide is a practice companion. It does not replace therapy or medical care.
The Mineral Card
Your cells make the voltage your nervous system runs on, and that depends on minerals many modern diets run short of. The Mineral Card names the minerals, their forms, and food sources, so you can have an informed conversation with your provider.
It is educational only. Your dose is between you and your provider.
This is for you if
- You feel stuck in stress and reactivity and want a way back to steady.
- You want to respond from a settled place when the day gets loud.
- You want a practice small enough to keep on your busiest day.
- You work somewhere high-stakes and need a reset you can do in a hallway.
- You are ready for change you can feel in your body, one rep at a time.
Changes you may notice
These are the shifts people describe as the practice settles in. They arrive at their own pace, one steadier day at a time.
