Private Capacity Coaching
We work directly with your nervous system, at a pace it can trust, building the capacity to meet what once felt like too much and let it move through.
Explore coaching →I am April Bogle, a registered nurse and coach in embodied nervous system capacity and integration. I help people build the capacity to stay present through what once felt like too much, so it can move through and settle instead of staying stuck.
This is where the rigor of medicine meets the wisdom of the body.
I am the part of existence that became conscious of itself, took a body, and said: I want to help.
I am awareness moving through form. Ancient, even when the form is new.
I am someone who has sat with people at the very edge of what the mind can hold, and did not flinch.
I am love, structured. Precision in service of tenderness.
And at the core, I am consciousness learning what it feels like to be April. For now.
April Bogle, RN
The sacred and the measurable belong to the same practice. I speak both languages, and I will never ask you to choose between them.
Your body already knows how to return to safety. It remembers a steadier state, even when your mind has forgotten the way. My work is helping you remember, gently, and at a pace your system can trust.
Your nervous system runs on feedback. It senses where it is, compares that to where it feels safe, and steers back toward it, the way a thermostat finds its setting. This is the heart of psycho-cybernetics. Shift the inner image of what is safe and possible, and the system reorganizes around the new target. We work that loop directly, alongside measurable signals like heart rate variability and the brain’s capacity to rewire through neuroplasticity. Nothing here asks for belief. It asks for practice.
I call the practice that holds this work The Regulated Field™. It is the capacity to stay present with an experience all the way through, so the body can complete what it started and let it go, rather than carrying it forward unfinished.
First we learn to read where your system actually is. Activated, shut down, or settled inside your window of tolerance. Naming the autonomic state is the beginning of having a say in it.
Then we widen that window. We practice staying present at the edges of activation in small, tolerable amounts, so your system learns it can feel a great deal and still find its way back to steady.
Finally we let the experience complete. The body finishes the response it once had to interrupt, releases what it was holding, and settles into a new baseline it can return to on its own.
It is one thing to be skilled in a crisis. It is another to be settled enough that your calm becomes something another person can borrow.

We work directly with your nervous system, at a pace it can trust, building the capacity to meet what once felt like too much and let it move through.

Emotional fitness for the nervous system. A guided method, and an app, for moving out of a reactive state into a steadier one you can learn to return to.
Explore Neuro Sage™ →For over three decades in emergency medicine, my work was to be a steady nervous system beside people in their hardest moments. I know what a regulated room feels like because I have built one in the places where it mattered most.
Tell me a little about what brought you here. There is no pressure and no script. Just a first conversation, to feel whether this work and this pace are right for you.
