This is for nurses. Emergency, ICU, med-surg, hospice, clinic, school, travel, retired, brand new. It is for the nurse who gives report with a steady voice and cries in the car. It is for the one who has not taken a full breath since orientation. You do not need to be falling apart to belong here, and you do not need to have it together either. Come as you are. Scrubs welcome.
An hour where nothing is asked of you.
- We gather live on Zoom every other Monday night, cameras on. A circle can only hold you when everyone in it can be seen.
- Each circle opens with a guided settling practice, a real chance for your nervous system to come down from the shift.
- A short teaching on the nervous system, in plain language, built for people who already know the science and need it to land in the body.
- Space to be witnessed without fixing, advice, or a care plan. You are not the nurse in this room.
- Replays and a member resource library live in your member portal, so a missed Monday is never a lost one.
The work this came out of
I have spent over three decades in emergency and trauma medicine. I know what it costs to be the calm in the room, and I know how rarely anyone asks what the calm one needs. I built this circle for the nurses who hold everyone else, because the ones who hold deserve a room of their own.
